- Although the language is known as Dutch (comparable with the German "Deutsch"), Dutch may be used as an adjective for anything related to the Netherlands so the usage is appropriate. BrianCo 03:58, 16 November 2008 (EST)

- I suppose that the terms "Dutch courage", "Dutch treat", "Dutch oven" and "Dutch Bantam" all refer to the language of the Netherlands in common US usage then? Once again you make a snide reference to my European background. I am well aware that Conservapedia is primarily an American project but many editors and readers are not American and it is appropriate that other dialects of the English language be taken into account without having to dispense with American idiom and spelling.
