Jay Nixon

Jay Nixon is the Democratic governor-elect of Missouri. Previously, he served as the Attorney General of the state. His most famous action at that post was the creation of the "No-Call List", an anti-telemarketer bill that prosecuted telemarketers who called names on the list.
