This book should have ranked Number One on the all-time worst list. Complete garbage. It ranks up there with the bet he made with Julian Simon about commodity prices. Ehrlich is a fraud.--Dave3172 12:50, 9 May 2007 (EDT)
Claiming that obesity is a bigger problem than starvation is a little insensitive when we have things like the Ethiopian famine of the 1980s. Millions of people did die of starvation and some are still dying today. Look, I understand the importance of shooting down liberal nonsense as well as any of us, but we have a responsibility to present the whole story, not just the side we like best.
