The National Gay and Lesbian Chamber of Commerce
The National Gay & Lesbian Chamber of Commerce also known by the acronym NGLCC, the organization was founded in 2002. Per their website "is the only national not-for-profit advocacy organization specifically dedicated to expanding the economic opportunities and advancements of the LGBT business community. The NGLCC is the direct link between Corporate America and LGBT businesses and entrepreneurs." The NGLCC is an advocate for gay businesses, for students in business and works with local and state chamber of commerces. Diversity and equality for gays is their mission. The organization has grown to be the largest LGBT economic advocacy and business development organization in the world.

Justin G. Nelson
Before NGLCC, Justin was a lobbyist of Congress and the White House. Also, he spent four years as an aide in the United States Senate.
Chance Mitchell
Before NGLCC, Chance worked information systems for law firms. He provides activism through economics in his quest for equal rights for the gay community.
