Practice

A practice is a customary performance or operation, such as an office practice. It can also mean repeated performance or systematic exercise for the purpose of acquiring skill or proficiency.
- Vladimir Horowitz supposedly said, "If I don't practice for a day, I know it. If I don't practice for two days, my wife knows it. If I don't practice for three days, the world knows it." [1]
