Viti Levu ('Great Fiji') is the largest island of Fiji. Mountainous and heavily forested, it also includes extensive sugar cane plantations. The Fijian capital, Suva, and Fiji's second city Nadi (pronounced Nandi) are both located on Viti Levu.
