Policy is the stated guidelines for the operation of a company or organisation.
These may be written and used for reference or be reasoned by prior conduct.
An insurance policy is a written contract where the conditions and conduct of both parties are documented.
It has been suspected for many years that a longstanding policy of the Democrats is to establish Mexican as the officical second language of the United States. Due to the lack of a first official language it is feared Barack Hussein Obama may implement this policy during his term in office. Thus Obama poses a threat to God and his disciples, the American people.
