Marcheline Bertrand

Marcheline Bertrand (May 9, 1959 - January 27, 2007) was an American actress and the mother of actress Angelina Jolie. She also has a son, James Haven. She was divorced from Jolie and Haven's father, Jon Voigt. She died aged 56 on Jan 29, 2007 of ovarian cancer. Ms. Jolie named her twin daughter born in July 2008 Vivienne Marcheline in honor of her mother.
