I am Issac Duan of Arlington, Virginia - a suburb right next to the District of Columbia.
- Apparently people who aren't comfortable making public opinions that might not have 100% support have succeeded in derailing the policy proposal. So, despite the fact that those who were unafraid of attribution gave the proposal 100% support, I've been told that the proposal has failed. I will not be editing Template:officeholder any longer; if someone wants to figure out how I coded it, they are welcome to continue to edit it, but if not I would recommend that it be deleted.
