Czar

A Czar is a high ranking Executive Branch official for the President of the United States. They serve in appointed positions, without having to answer to the Judicial or Legislative branches of government, and oversee budgets totaling more than $1.7 trillion.
There are currently has 35 czars in the Obama administration.
