Manslaughter

Manslaughter is a form of homicide in which their is not enough mens rea to prove homicide. Manslaughter can be the intentional killing of a human being by someone with the diminished capacity to commit Murder, or it can be the unintentional killing of a human being through recklessness or criminal negligence.
