Ken Cuccinelli

Kenneth T. 'Ken' Cuccinelli II (born July 30, 1968) has served in the Virginia Senate since 2002, and is the Republican nominee for Attorney General of Virginia in the 2009 election. He serves on the Senate Courts of Justice Committee, Transportation Committee, Local Government Committee, and the Rehabilitation and Social Services Committee.
Ken Cuccinelli is a staunch conservative; he is pro-life regarding abortion, has received the endorsement of the National Rifle Association, and has a 100% pro-business voting record as rated by the National Federation of Independent Business.
