God's Learning Channel
God's Learning Channel (or GLC) is an American religious television network. Based on the Messianic Judaism movement, it describes itself as "teaching the Torah and the true roots of Christianity", and its programming features a mixture of Christian and Jewish teachers.
GLC was founded in 1982 by Al and Tommie Cooper in Roswell, New Mexico. It is now produced in Midland, Texas by Prime Time Christian Broadcasting. KMLM-TV serves as the flagship station, and it is also available via satellite.
GLC focuses on bridging the gap between Christians and their Hebraic heritage. They also oppose Replacement Theology, citing scripture that Christians do not replace Jews as the Chosen People, but are connected via the promises given to their father Abraham.
God's Learning Channel offers 24-hour programming, including programs hosted by Jesse Lee Peterson, Joe McGee, Negiel Bigpond, Jay Swallow, Dell Sanchez, Rico Cortes, Yohanan Salamanca, and John Pendleton. GLC offers Christian programming in Spanish, Persian, Tagalog, and Chinese.
