Cretaceous-Tertiary Mass Extinction

Biologists and geologists generally believe that a mass extinction of dinosaurs happened 65 million years ago at the end of the Cretaceous Period.
One explanation suggested was that it was the result of a meteor impact, but this idea was challenged on the grounds that no crater had been found.
A Meteor Impact which scientists claim occurred about Scientists theorize it resulted in the extinction of all non-avian dinosaurs.
