Changchun

Changchun (Simplified: 长春; Traditional: 長春; Hanyu pinyin: Chángchūn; Wade-Giles: Ch'ang-ch'un; Meaning: "long spring") is the capital of Jilin province. It was the seat of the Japanese occupation during World War II. Today, it is known as a center for manufacturing and film.
