Haigui

Haigui (Simplified: 海龟; Traditional: 海龜) are Chinese natives who travel to foreign countries for their education or work experience and then return to work in China with their knowledge and expertise.

In Chinese, the word "hai" means "sea" or "overseas"; the word "gui" means "to return."[1]
