Robert Marion Berry (born August 27, 1942 in Stuttgart, Arkansas) has served as the Democratic U.S. Representative from Arkansas' first congressional district since 1997. Previously he was on President Bill Clinton's White House Domestic Policy Council. A member of the Blue Dog Coalition, Berry is one of the few members of Congress who serves on both the Appropriations and Budget Committees.
Berry will not seek reelection in 2010. [1]
