John Larson, born July 22, 1948 (age 77), is currently a Democrat from Connecticut in the House of Representatives, representing the first district. He has endorsed Connecticut Senator Chris Dodd for President (along with all other Democratic Representatives in Connecticut.) He first entered the House in 1998 and has been relected every time since then.
Larson curently serves as chairman of the House Democratic Caucus, making him the fourth highest-ranking Democrat in the House.
