In this case no. Soviet is required. I'm trying to keep this exact as the Russian Federation come in later, in the time of Yeltsin - ex. The Russian (or Russian Federation) handover of the Soviet military tapes...BertSchlossberg 10:16, 18 March 2010 (EDT)
