Ti kuan yin

Ti kuan yin (also spelled tikuanyin) is a popular variety of oolong tea. Ti kuan yin may be lightly or moderately oxidized, depending on the variety. Most ti kuan yin is roasted, imparting a rich, earthy flavor.
