Nemean Lion

The Nemean Lion is one of the Twelve Labors of Hercules. Defeating this huge lion was the first labor, a difficult one because his pelt could not be penetrated with weapons. After defeating the lion (via strangulation), Hercules wore the Nemean lion pelt which remained impervious to weaponry.[1]
