Jimmy Carter

Jimmy Carter was the 39th President of the United States. He was a democrat who served from 1977-1981, after being the governor of Georgia. Unfortunately, his method of leading was not compatible with Congress, as a result he couldnât get things done. During his presidency he experienced many trying problems such as inflation, energy crisis and worst of all the taking of American citizens as hostages by Iran. Ironically, his diplomatic abilities, which hindered him during his presidency, helped him win the Nobel Prize in 2002 for his post presidency diplomatic career.
