Blue state

Blue state refers to states in the USA where a majority votes for Democrats in Presidential elections. They generally have liberal views on taxation, regulation of business, human rights, homosexual rights, abortion, and [[crime].
They are generally located along the North-eastern and Western coasts of the United States.
