Jesse James

Jesse James was a feared outlaw in the 19th century. Along with his brother/partner Frank James, he scourged the Missouri countryside, committing several stagecoach and bank robberies. He was shot in the back by a bounty hunter, Bob Ford. Though Robert Ford was a personal friend of the James brothers, he turned traitor on account of a reward being offered by Gov. Crittendon.
