I wish I had a better knowledge of the current state of mathematics research, but with my limited knowledge I am not in a position to propose anyone for this prize. The article says that the winners will be announced at the same time as the Field prize. Do you really think that you can select a winner by Thursday? I hope so; there are many people here at CP that are quite proficient in advanced mathematics who can help selecting a winner. I sincerely hope that this prize gets the recognition it deserves, and become a valuable addition to any mathematician CV. Unfortunately I doubt that is going to be the case, liberal academia is not going to appreciate a prize coming from a conservative website. But let’s hope for the best.
