Andy Harris

Andrew P. Harris is an American physician and a Republican member of the Maryland State Senate. He defeated nine-term Rep. Wayne Gilchrest in the 2008 GOP primary, and went on to narrowly lose to Democrat Frank Kratovil. Harris defeated Kratovil in a rematch during the 2010 election.
