Vicky Hartzler

Vicky Hartzler (born October 13, 1960 in Cass County, Missouri) is the Republican U.S. Representative-elect from Missouri's 4th congressional district and former member of the Missouri House of Representatives. She pulled a major upset after defeating 34-year incumbent and House Armed Services Committee Chariman Ike Skelton in the 2010 election.
