Francisco "Quico" Canseco (born July 30, 1949 in Laredo, Texas) is an attorney, developer, and banker, who is the Republican U.S. Representative-elect from Texas' 23rd congressional district, defeating Democratic incumbent Ciro Rodriguez in the 2010 election.
