Reverse discrimination

Reverse discrimination is when programs which help racial minorities and/or women, like affirmative action, discriminate against white males on the basis of gender and/or race. This is based on the fundamentally flawed liberal belief that since these groups were discriminated against in the past, they must be given an unfair advantage at the expense of other Americans.
