Template:Stub A Chemical reaction is a process in which one or more molecules change their configuration by exchanging atoms. It can also involve the collision of individual atoms. A chemical reaction has two types, endothermic, requiring a net input of kinetic energy to complete the reaction, and exothermic, resulting in a net output of kinetic energy in the products.
