Constitution Party

The Constitution Party is a paleoconservative minor political party in the United States. Founded by Howard Phillips as the US Taxpayers Party in 1992, the party changed its name in 1999. In 2004, the party nominated lawyer Michael Peroutka and Christian radio host Chuck Baldwin as its presidential ticket. It is the third largest political party in terms of voter registration with 300,000 egistered voters.
