Bernoulli is the name of a family of eminent Swiss mathematicians of the 17th and 18th century. The family originated from Antwerp, but thrived in Basel. Their most important members were:
- Jacques Bernoulli (1654 - 1705), especially famous for his Ars Conjectandi. The Bernoulli experiment is named in his honor (as many other mathematical concepts).
- Jean Bernoulli (1667 - 1748)
- Daniel Bernoulli (1700 - 1782)
