A popular British entertainer and comedian, excoriated by the liberal establishment and media for his patriotic political views. Like the late Bob Hope, he has made a special point of entertaining service personell on foreign postings. His television successes include 'Up the Elephant and Round the Castle', after the eponymous London district, and 'Jim Davidson's Generation Game'.
