Intrinsic redshift

Intrinsic redsfit is a redshift that is due to existence of matter in the universe. It is opposite to slingshot effect of accelerating lighter object like space probes through more massive ones like planets, during encounters in empty space.
While in slingshot effect planet, through gravitational interaction, transfers part of its kinetic energy to the space probe, accelerating it, in intrinsic redshift effect the lighter objects lose part of their energy to the more massive object through the same gravitational interaction but having opposite effect, which in this case is called dynamical friction[1].

- â Fritz Zwicky hoped to demonstrate that this effect is reponsible for cosmological redshft. It is, but Zwicky was not able to demonstrate it with his math in 1929, as good as it was done later, in 1985 as shown in Essay:Hubble redshift in Einstein's universe revealing the existence of new type of redshift due to Hubble time dilation described by the Hubble tensor, and making possible to remove cosmological constant from Einstein's field equation).
