Halton Arp is an American astronomer, the author of 1987 book "Quasars, redshifts, and controversies" who for the reason of not believing in the Big Bang hypothesis was taken away the telecope time from and in this way forced to emigrate from the US. It presently lives in Germany conducting his reaserch of quasars that he consideres rather local than remote objects. Arp's research contradicts the idea of expanding universe and confirms the idea that the universe is stationry as it was proven also with exact physics and math in 1985 though, except conservapedia in 2011[1], never published by any mainstream scientific journal and therefore remains relatively unknown to the maistream physicists and astronomers.
