- It's a term used within the Pagan/Wiccan community to describe someone who isnt serious about their identification as a Pagan or Wiccan, someone who identifies for shock value without understanding what they're singing up for. - OK, but I would find a more reputable source than UrbanDictionary. It's full of lies and vulgarities, including definitions of crude terms and unsubstantiated criticisms of President George W.
