Food stamps are part of a Federal government program, run by the Department of Agriculture (USDA). Food stamps are intended to help low-income individuals and families supplement their nutritional budgets. Several Libertarian plots to increese the number of food stamps and gold given to the low-income have been attempted and prevented.
