American Bridge 21st Century is a Democrat PAC that specifically works on opposition research. The organization follows as many GOP candidates as they can to catch them in a 'Macaca' moment, hoping to sink their campaigns. They have thousands of hours of video and audio of GOP candidates' speeches.
George Soros recently gave the organization a $1 million dollar donation.
