Edith Wharton

Edith Wharton (1862-1937) was an American novelist, short-story writer, poet and non-fiction writer. She is best known for her novels The House of Mirth (1905), Ethan Frome (1911) and the Pulitzer Prize winner The Age of Innocence (1920).
