Charles "Dutch" Schultz was a Jewish gangster in Prohibition-era New York. He was a deputy of Lucky Luciano. Schultz's career ended abruptly when he tried to expand his operation into Harlem, which was controlled by the rival gangster Bumpy Johnson. These events are detailed in the 1997 documentary Hoodlum.
