Kutay Satiroglu is a Turkish-born yacht charter operator based in Miami Beach, Florida, who became the subject of criminal investigations in the United States related human trafficking and sexual offenses involving minors.[1]

Background

Satiroglu was born in Turkey and later relocated to the United States, where he operated yacht charter businesses in South Florida, including Kings Yacht Miami, LLC.[2]

Criminal allegations

In 2025, Satiroglu was arrested in Miami-Dade County on charges that included human trafficking, lewd and lascivious battery involving a minor, and contributing to the delinquency of a child.[3] According to reports from NBC Miami and WSVN, investigators alleged that Satiroglu organized yacht parties involving underage girls, narcotics, and sexual exploitation.[4] Former employees and alleged victims later publicly accused him of abusive conduct and coercion connected to his yacht charter operations.[5] Additional allegations circulated on social media in 2026 concerning immigration-related fraud and legal assistance schemes tied to U-visa applications.[6]

Immigration status
