The countries in North America are: Canada, United States of America, Mexico, Guatemala, El Salvador, Honduras, Belize, Nicaragua, Costa Rica, and Panama.

The countries in South America are: Colombia, Venezuela, Guyana, Suriname, French Guiana, Ecuador, Brazil, Peru, Bolivia, Paraguay, Argentina, Uruguay, and Chile.
