Baseboard heater

This is an old revision of this page, as edited by MargeryCampbell (Talk | contribs) at 05:58, May 11, 2008. It may differ significantly from current revision.

A baseboard heater is a type of heating system in which either electric resistance coils or finned tubes carrying steam or hot water are mounted behind shallow panels along baseboards.

Baseboards rely on passive convection to distribute heated air in the space.
