Daniel Robert "Bob" Graham (November 9, 1936 – April 16, 2024) (aged 87) was a liberal former United States Senator and a former governor of Florida governor from 1979 to 1987. Graham ran a failed campaign for the Democratic Party nomination in the 2004 presidential race. As a millionaire senator, Graham founded and chaired the Senate New Democrat Commission, a coalition of pro business Democrats.[1]
He was related to the Graham family of The Washington Post.
