Elected Officials/Appointed Officials Cats Should Not Be Merged

This was previously invalidated, because appointed officials, of which there are tens of thousands are not the same as elected officials, and therefore highly inaccurate. That is why we kept the elected officials cat, and didn't merge them. --₮K/Talk 16:13, 29 November 2008 (EST)
