Don Imus

Don Imus is an American radio talk-show host, known for his "shock jock" speaking manner. Many prominent Republican and Democrat politicians have appeared on his show.
In an April 2007 on-air comment, Imus referred to the Rutgers and Tennessee female basketball team players as "nappy-headed ho's". Many media organizations and commentators publicised his comments and much of the subsequent public debate found his comments offensive. On April 12th 2007, CBS permanently canceled Don Imus's show.
