Eamon de Valera

Eamon de Valera (1882-1975) was Prime Minister (Taoiseach) of Ireland from 1951-1959 and President from 1959-1973. He was an importnt figure in the Easter Rising, the Irish War for Independence, and the Irish Civil War.
