Gay conservative

Gay conservative, or more widely LGBT conservative, refers to an individual who holds a conservative ideology while being homosexual or of other alternative sexualities and gender identities.
Columnist Star Parker, writing for townhall.com, criticized the idea of gay conservatism stating that "'Gay' is everything that 'conservative' is not."[1]
