The Green Party is an environmentalist, left-wing British political party. Its current co-leaders are Caroline Lucas and Jonathan Bartley. Lucas had also been the sole leader between 2008–2012. She was elected as the MP Brighton Pavilion, the party's first seat in the House of Commons.

The party also has 7 MEPs in the European Parliament.
