A little more detail on the Guardian
A UK daily newspaper known for its profoundly liberal stance, being pro-abortion on demand, anti-Bush and critical of Tony Blair's support for the war on Iraq, these being common views among the more intellectual British newspapers, even those with more conservative views such as the Daily Telegraph. It has just celebrated the publishing of its 50,000th edition. Originally known as the Manchester Guardian, from where it was published, it is owned by a charitable organisation, which ensures that it remains independent of any particular political philosophy.
It often always contains articles by left-wing, agnostic or even and atheist writers, so Christian conservatives are advised to avoid read itto enable them to look at a wide range of views. [[User:Wilmington|Wilmington]] 10:38, 16 June 2007 (EDT)
